1. When a right of withdrawal exists
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal for off-premises or distance contracts. For expressly requested urgent repair/maintenance (e.g. lockout / door opening), withdrawal may be excluded under § 312g(2) no. 11 BGB for services needed to resolve the emergency. Extra services or goods may be treated differently. For planned non-emergency distance contracts, a right of withdrawal may exist. See also our GTC at /agb. The German version is legally binding.
2. Withdrawal instructions
Where a right of withdrawal exists: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right, inform us (Mahmud Reza Kashani, trading as “ikeytz – Schlüsseldienst Ludwigsburg”, Adalbert-Stifter-Str. 14, 71638 Ludwigsburg, email: info@ikeytz.com, phone: 0155 67688091 / 07141 6964912) by a clear statement (e.g. letter or email). To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the period expires.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur fees for this reimbursement. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you communicate withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract. After full performance, the right may extinguish under statutory conditions.
