2. General information
We process personal data only as necessary to provide this website, handle enquiries, prepare or perform services, or comply with legal obligations. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, e.g. name, phone number, email address, IP address or message content.
3. Hosting and server operation
This website runs on a virtual private server with Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany (hosting / processor under the GDPR). When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data, in particular: • IP address, • date and time of access, • page or file requested, • referrer URL, • browser type and version, • operating system, • amount of data transferred, • status code. Processing is for technical provision, stability and security, and to detect and prevent attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted when no longer needed for these purposes, unless retention is required by law or a legitimate interest applies. Server logs are typically kept only for a short period for operations and security.
4. Contact by phone
If you contact us by phone, we process the information you provide, in particular name, phone number, location, situation description, requested service, and appointment/price details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry aims at a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, name and message content/attachments to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a job. 6. Contact and partner forms
When using the contact form or partner form (/partner-werden), only data needed to handle your request are collected (e.g. name, company, email, phone, address/location, situation, message, time of submission). Required fields are marked; optional fields need not be filled. Transmission uses HTTPS. Requests are emailed via SMTP (mail.kashani-holding.com) to info@ikeytz.com (contact) or partner@ikeytz.com (partner). You receive a short acknowledgement from noreply@ikeytz.com (not a reply channel). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR as applicable.
7. WhatsApp
The site may offer WhatsApp contact links. Using WhatsApp transfers data to WhatsApp/Meta. We have limited influence over WhatsApp’s processing; please see WhatsApp’s privacy notices. Use is voluntary; you may call or email instead. Legal basis for our processing of your messages: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
8. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) to protect forms from spam and bots. The widget loads on form pages (explicit render). IP address, browser/device and interaction data may be processed, including possible transfers to third countries. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. 9. Cookies and local storage
We use technically necessary cookies/local storage, in particular “ikeytz_consent” for the cookie notice preference. Not used for ads or profiling. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Non-essential analytics/marketing cookies would only be used with prior consent; we do not currently use them.
10. No analytics or advertising services
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable analytics/ad services. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.
11. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock icon in the browser.
12. Retention
We store personal data only as long as needed for the respective purpose. Statutory retention (e.g. commercial/tax records) may apply; data are then deleted unless another lawful ground exists.
13. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent for the future, within statutory limits. Contact: datenschutz@ikeytz.com.
14. Right to lodge a complaint
