These terms of use apply to use of the website https://www.ikeytz.com. These terms of use govern only use of the website.

2. Purpose and content of the website

The website provides information about: • services offered, • prices and price components, • availability and contact options, • service areas, • guidance on door openings, lock changes and security technology. Website information is for general orientation. Content on the website is generally not a binding offer to conclude a service contract. A contract for a concrete service is formed only after individual agreement, in particular by phone or in writing, in accordance with the GTC.

3. Prices and service information

Stated prices are for transparent advance information. The price actually agreed may depend in particular on whether a door has slammed shut or is locked, a more difficult job, additional material needed, or a further service. The price for a concrete job is – where possible – stated and agreed before departure or at the latest before performance. Only individually agreed prices and scopes of service are binding.

4. Permitted use

The website may be used only lawfully and as intended. In particular, the following are prohibited: • using the website for unlawful purposes, • sending spam or abusive requests via contact forms, • introducing malware or harmful code, • attempting to circumvent technical security measures, • automated querying or systematic scraping of the website to an abusive extent, • infringing third-party rights, • publishing or reusing content without the required consent. In case of breach we may refuse requests, technically restrict access and, where appropriate, take legal action.

5. Availability of the website

We endeavour to provide the website as reliably and without interruption as possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, security measures or events beyond our control.

6. Content and liability

We endeavour to keep website content current, clear and accurate. No warranty is given for continuous completeness, accuracy or currency of all content. Use of the information is generally at your own risk. For concrete questions on prices, availability, travel or scope of service, please contact us by phone or in writing first. Liability follows statutory provisions. The limitations above do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other cases of mandatory statutory liability.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not have full control over their content or ongoing design. The respective operator is generally responsible for unlawful, incorrect or incomplete content of external sites. No legal violations were apparent when links were set. If we become aware of concrete infringements, we will review the links and remove them where appropriate.

We do not set a new consent entry without your active choice. You can change or withdraw via the banner or the footer link “Cookie settings”. Legal notice and privacy policy are linked. Preferences: After your consent we store the language choice in the “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie (next-intl). We do not set NEXT_LOCALE before that consent. Language remains available via the URL (e.g. /en/…). We currently do not use statistics or marketing cookies. Area check (home): Location and street suggestions are separate and start only after explicit Accept in the area dialog (separate local storage of that consent, not the same as the cookie banner). See section 16. Storing or accessing information on your device also follows § 25 TDDDG. Engagement and performance of concrete services are also governed by our General Terms and Conditions at /agb. For paid services, scope, price, travel and any material needed are agreed individually.

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms of use if required by legal, technical or organisational changes. Website use is governed by the version published at the time of the visit. Contracts already concluded remain subject to the terms agreed at contract formation.

13. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Towards consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
