2. Purpose and content of the website
The website provides information about: • services offered, • prices and price components, • availability and contact options, • service areas, • guidance on door openings, lock changes and security technology. Website information is for general orientation. Content on the website is generally not a binding offer to conclude a service contract. A contract for a concrete service is formed only after individual agreement, in particular by phone or in writing, in accordance with the GTC.
3. Prices and service information
Stated prices are for transparent advance information. The price actually agreed may depend in particular on whether a door has slammed shut or is locked, a more difficult job, additional material needed, or a further service. The price for a concrete job is – where possible – stated and agreed before departure or at the latest before performance. Only individually agreed prices and scopes of service are binding.
4. Permitted use
The website may be used only lawfully and as intended. In particular, the following are prohibited: • using the website for unlawful purposes, • sending spam or abusive requests via contact forms, • introducing malware or harmful code, • attempting to circumvent technical security measures, • automated querying or systematic scraping of the website to an abusive extent, • infringing third-party rights, • publishing or reusing content without the required consent. In case of breach we may refuse requests, technically restrict access and, where appropriate, take legal action.
5. Availability of the website
We endeavour to provide the website as reliably and without interruption as possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. The website may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, security measures or events beyond our control.

We endeavour to keep website content current, clear and accurate. No warranty is given for continuous completeness, accuracy or currency of all content. Liability follows statutory provisions. The limitations above do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or other cases of mandatory statutory liability.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Towards consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state of their habitual residence.
