1. Controller

2. General information
We process personal data only as necessary to provide this website, handle enquiries, prepare or perform services, or comply with legal obligations. Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable person, e.g. name, phone number, email address, IP address or message content.
3. Hosting and server operation
This website runs on a virtual private server with Contabo GmbH, Aschauer Straße 32a, 81549 Munich, Germany (hosting / processor under the GDPR). When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data, in particular: • IP address, • date and time of access, • page or file requested, • referrer URL, • browser type and version, • operating system, • amount of data transferred, • status code. Processing is for technical provision, stability and security, and to detect and prevent attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted when no longer needed for these purposes, unless retention is required by law or a legitimate interest applies. Server logs are typically kept only for a short period for operations and security. Where Contabo processes personal data on our behalf, this is under Art. 28 GDPR (data processing agreement / equivalent with the provider).
4. Contact by phone
If you contact us by phone, we process the information you provide, in particular name, phone number, location, situation description, requested service, and appointment/price details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry aims at a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
5. Contact by email
If you email us, we process your email address, name and message content/attachments to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or perform a job. 6. Contact and partner forms
When using the contact form or partner form (/partner-werden), only data needed to handle your request are collected. This may include name, company, email, phone, address/location, situation, message, time of submission, and — on the partner form — uploaded documents (PDF/JPG/PNG): at least trade/company proof and liability insurance (required), optionally a certificate of good conduct and other evidence. Required fields are marked; optional fields and uploads need not be provided. Transmission uses HTTPS. Requests are emailed via SMTP (mail.kashani-holding.com) to info@ikeytz.com (contact) or partner@ikeytz.com (partner). Partner documents are sent as email attachments to partner@ikeytz.com. Uploaded files are not stored permanently on the web server (no document archive on the VPS). The acknowledgement from noreply@ikeytz.com does not include your uploads. Purpose of partner documents: assessing your partner application and suitability for jobs on behalf of ikeytz. Not for third-party advertising. Kept in the partner mailbox only as long as needed for assessment and, if applicable, starting cooperation, then deleted or restricted unless statutory retention applies. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR as applicable (including pre-contractual partner steps).
7. WhatsApp
The site may offer WhatsApp contact links. Using WhatsApp transfers data to WhatsApp/Meta. We have limited influence over WhatsApp’s processing; please see WhatsApp’s privacy notices. Use is voluntary; you may call or email instead. Legal basis for our processing of your messages: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
8. Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; EU entities where applicable) to protect forms from spam and bots. The widget loads on form pages (explicit render). IP address, browser/device and interaction data may be processed, including possible transfers to third countries (in particular the USA). We rely on Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum (DPA), including EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and — where applicable — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. For Self-Serve accounts (Free/Pro/Business), the DPA including SCCs applies automatically under the Self-Serve Subscription Agreement; no separate Dashboard activation is required. 9. Cookies and local storage
This website uses strictly necessary cookies or local storage entries and asks before optional preference cookies. Cookie notice (banner): You can choose Deny, Customize, or Allow all. We store your choice as “ikeytz_consent” (n = necessary only; n+p = necessary + preferences; older “essential” is treated as preferences allowed). We do not set a new consent entry without your active choice. You can change or withdraw via the banner or the footer link “Cookie settings”. Legal notice and privacy policy are linked. Preferences: After your consent we store the language choice in the “NEXT_LOCALE” cookie (next-intl). We do not set NEXT_LOCALE before that consent. Language remains available via the URL (e.g. /en/…). We currently do not use statistics or marketing cookies. Area check (home): Location and street suggestions are separate and start only after explicit Accept in the area dialog (separate local storage of that consent, not the same as the cookie banner). See section 16. Storing or accessing information on your device also follows § 25 TDDDG. Strictly necessary storage (site operation and remembering your cookie choice) does not require consent under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. For the optional language cookie NEXT_LOCALE we obtain consent under § 25 (1) TDDDG / Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. Where personal data are processed, Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR may also apply for necessary storage. For home location see Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (section 16).
10. No analytics or advertising services
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable analytics/ad services. If that changes, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.
11. SSL/TLS encryption
This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” and the lock icon in the browser.
12. Retention
We store personal data only as long as needed for the respective purpose. Statutory retention (e.g. commercial/tax records) may apply; data are then deleted unless another lawful ground exists.
13. Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and to withdraw consent for the future, within statutory limits. Contact: datenschutz@ikeytz.com.
14. Right to lodge a complaint

15. Updates
We may update this privacy notice if services, law or our processing change. The version published on this website applies.
16. Online service-area check on the homepage
On the homepage you can check whether a place is in our service area. This is orientation only, not an order. Postcode and place name are matched to our coverage list on this website. No extra consent is required. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not store that lookup. Location and street suggestions are used only after you click “Accept”. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Your input stays on our website. Suggestions come from our own address service in the EU, not Google. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s data in your browser. After “Accept” you can use the “Location” button. The browser finds your position on your device. The coordinates stay on the device. We only check which of our service places is nearby. We do not store raw coordinates. After “Accept” we keep a short note: time, whether location or street was used, language, consent version, and roughly whether the place was on the list. No full street, no house number, no raw GPS. This is only to run this function. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Typically 90 days, then deleted. Very frequent automated requests for street or location may be briefly slowed so the site stays available. When we slow them, we store the connection address (IP), typically for 90 days, so we can see and control the limit. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The German version of this page is legally binding.
17. External links to Google Maps and Apple Maps
This site may offer links that open Google Maps or Apple Maps in another context (e.g. “Open in Google Maps”). This is not an embedded Google Maps frame on our pages and not map display by Google on ikeytz.com. Area maps on place pages come from our own service maps.ikeytz.com (section 18). If you click such an external link, you are taken to Google or Apple. Your IP address and technical connection data may be transmitted; further processing follows Google’s or Apple’s privacy notices. Transfers to third countries (including the USA) may occur under SCCs and — where certified — the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Use is voluntary. Alternative: https://maps.ikeytz.com or phone/email. 18. Maps service maps.ikeytz.com (privacy SSOT)
The map service https://maps.ikeytz.com/ (hub, place pages https://maps.ikeytz.com/{slug}, company seat https://maps.ikeytz.com/buero, public embed/geo JSON URLs, MCP https://maps.ikeytz.com/mcp) has no separate privacy-policy subpage. The maps footer and MCP point to this notice at https://www.ikeytz.com/datenschutz — it is the privacy SSOT for maps as well. The controller is the same as in section 1. On German-language place/keyword pages of www, the area map may be embedded as an iframe from https://maps.ikeytz.com/{slug} (service area of the place, not the office pin). In addition, www (including footer, contact page and imprint) may embed the company-seat map https://maps.ikeytz.com/buero or https://maps.ikeytz.com/buero?embed=1 as an iframe. It shows the pin of our office address (Adalbert-Stifter-Str. 14, 71638 Ludwigsburg). Note: no walk-in / no customer traffic on site; this is not the place service-area map. When maps pages, embeds or public geo APIs are loaded, the maps server processes technically necessary connection data (comparable to section 3; hosting at Contabo in Germany / Art. 28 GDPR processing). Map background/geodata may rely on OpenStreetMap and related sources. This is not a Google Maps embed. External links to Google Maps or Apple Maps remain unaffected (section 17).
