Lockout service for offices – 71686

Office in Remseck am Neckar shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Remseck am Neckar lies where the Rems flows into the Neckar, with Aldingen, Neckargröningen, Neckarrems, Hochberg and Pattonville-Ost. There you typically find houses in several old village centres and in Pattonville-Ost. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. Always tell us the district; Aldingen and Hochberg are not next to each other.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Tuesday, 2:30 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Tuesday, 2:30 pm, locked: 129 €. Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
