Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Pflugfelden: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

We come to Pflugfelden, about 4.4 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. Cellar doors are rarely an emergency; we will find a suitable appointment with you. If the door is in a back courtyard or commercial yard, please tell us the entrance.

Standard cellar door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. Everything else: fixed price by phone in advance.

Tuesday, 10:30 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Tuesday, 10:30 am, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 3 pm, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Look at the door, confirm the price, open it. For shared doors we have a quick word with the property management if needed.

Many cellar doors have a mortice lock with a euro profile cylinder like a flat door, often with a fixed knob outside and a handle inside. Others are steel fire doors, and others are just slatted partitions with a padlock. Only the first type has a list price; for the others we tell you a fixed price in advance.

In a block of flats, the basement door belongs to all the owners or to the landlord. If it is opened or its cylinder is changed, this affects everyone in the building. That is why, with shared doors, we check who is placing the order. We open your own storage unit for you as a tenant or owner.

Shared cellar door or your own storage unit? Cylinder or padlock? Does the caretaker or the property management have a key? Is there something urgent in the cellar, such as medication or tools for water damage? With this information we plan the appointment and the price.

Breaking open the shared cellar door even though the caretaker has a key. Opening a padlock with an angle grinder and damaging the hasp.

Valuables do not belong in the basement. A good padlock with a hardened shackle is not much effort.
