Emergency locksmith for a lost key – Korntal-Münchingen

No key, door shut: in Korntal-Münchingen we open flat and front doors at a fixed price. What matters for the price: has the door just slammed shut (zugefallen), or is it locked (abgeschlossen)?

Ask whether anyone has a spare key, such as family or your landlord. If not, give us a call. Tell us whether the door just fell shut or whether it was locked.

When you are locked out, you want to get back in fast. Typical buildings in Korntal-Münchingen are houses on Korntal’s straight streets and houses in the village and commercial part of Münchingen. Tell us whether it is Korntal or Münchingen.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. With a new cylinder: 148 € / 198 € or 178 € / 228 €, plus material.

Thursday, 11 am, slammed shut, opening only: 99 €. Thursday, 11:15 pm, locked, opening and new cylinder: 228 € plus material. Saturday, 8 am, slammed shut, opening and new cylinder: 198 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We check the door and lock, open it without damage and check with you that you live there. Then you decide whether the cylinder should be changed.

We open the door so that the door, frame and cylinder stay intact. This works with most standard doors. Only with special cylinders or damaged locks may drilling be necessary; we tell you in advance, with the price, and you decide.

In a rented flat, the landlord may also have a spare key. Ask them if you can reach them. If the lost key belongs to a master key system, you need to tell them anyway.

Trying it yourself with a card or wire and damaging the frame. Booking the first company you find without a fixed price. Forgetting whether the door was locked.

A spare key with family, friends or neighbours saves time and money. Never put your address on your key ring.
