Emergency locksmith at weekends / public holidays – 70825

Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in Korntal-Münchingen and the door is shut? We come at weekends too, at a fixed price that we tell you first.

Tell us on the phone whether the door has slammed shut or is locked, and whether a new cylinder is needed. Then we tell you the weekend price.

Typical buildings in Korntal-Münchingen are houses on Korntal’s straight streets and houses in the village and commercial part of Münchingen. On public holidays neighbours are often at home and can help while you wait. Tell us whether it is Korntal or Münchingen.

149 € (slammed shut) or 179 € (locked). Opening plus a new cylinder 198 € or 228 €, plus material. These are the fixed prices, with no surcharge on top.

Sunday, 5 pm, key lost, door slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Public holiday, 5 pm, door open, cylinder only: 119 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

The same as Monday to Friday, just at the weekend price. Extra work only once you say yes.

The price list has two time bands: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm is day, everything else is night. Saturday and Sunday count as night all day, as do the public holidays in Baden-Württemberg. That is why a door that has slammed shut costs 149 € at midday on a Saturday and 99 € at midday on a Monday.

At weekends, some firms only mention high surcharges once they are at your door. With us, the fixed weekend price from the list applies, and we tell you it on the phone.

Property management companies and landlords are often unreachable at the weekend, and spare keys are then sitting in the office. Ask neighbours or family anyway. If nobody can help, we come at the fixed weekend price. If you can wait until the day price applies again from Mon–Fri 8 am (not a public holiday), you pay that; it is your decision.

Extra work such as a new cylinder is only added once you say yes. Ask any company for the total amount before they set off.

Keep a spare key with family or neighbours. On bridge days (Brückentage), many people are away, so plan for that.
