Lockout service for offices – Eglosheim

Medical practice, law firm or small office in Eglosheim (71634) and nobody has the key? ikeytz opens the door and changes the cylinder if you wish. For this we need proof of entitlement.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Eglosheim lies west of the Residential Palace between Favoritepark, the B27 and the road to Möglingen, up the slope. There you typically find estate houses from the 1960s and older farmsteads in the village centre around the church. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. Tell us whether you live down near the palace or up on the slope; then the arrival time we give you on the phone is more accurate.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Friday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Friday, 6:30 am, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
