Lockout service for offices – Freiberg am Neckar

Office in Freiberg am Neckar shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Freiberg am Neckar you typically find houses in the three old village centres and commuter estates near the railway and the B27. Tell us whether it is Beihingen, Heutingsheim or Geisingen; the house number alone is often not enough.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Tuesday, 10:30 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Tuesday, 10:30 am, locked: 129 €. Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
