178 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · material extra · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · Eglosheim
If your key is lost, a new cylinder makes sense anyway. In Eglosheim we open the locked door and change the cylinder at the same time: 178 € during the day, plus material.
Locked and lost?
If you locked the door when you left, the bolt is thrown. If the key is lost, a new cylinder makes sense. If it’s inside, the opening for 129 € is enough.
Locked door in Eglosheim
Eglosheim is west of the Residential Palace between Favoritepark, the B27 and the road to Möglingen, up the slope. Typical there are estate houses from the 1960s and older farmsteads in the village centre around the church. We open via the cylinder and change it afterwards. Tell us whether you live down near the palace or up on the slope; then the arrival time we give you on the phone is more accurate.
What’s included
Travel to Eglosheim, opening of the locked door, fitting, test locking. Extra: material; security cylinder typically 25–70 € more. Drilling or multi-point locking: price beforehand.
Worked examples for Eglosheim
Tuesday, 10:30 am, locked, new cylinder: 178 € plus material. For comparison: opening only: 129 €. Tuesday, 4:30 pm, locked, security cylinder: 178 € plus material and typically 25–70 € extra. Tuesday, 11:15 pm, night, with cylinder: 228 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
If drilling is needed
With some security cylinders, it only works with drilling. Then the cylinder is replaced anyway. We tell you beforehand.
Cylinder after the opening
With locked doors we work on the cylinder. It usually stays intact. But if the key is lost, we change it anyway so the old key no longer fits.
Bolt and cylinder
The bolt is moved by the cylinder. That’s why a locked door takes more work than a slammed one, and that’s why the price is higher.
Insurance
Some household contents or personal liability insurers cover costs if you lose your key; check your policy. Our invoice shows every item.
Key stolen?
If the key was stolen, report the theft to the police. The new cylinder makes the stolen key worthless. Our invoice and the police case number help with your insurance.
Several residents
If several people live in the flat, they all need new keys. Count beforehand how many you need.
Before the appointment
If you know a security cylinder is fitted, tell us. Then we plan the time and material correctly.
What to watch out for
Ask for the material price before fitting. We tell you before we fit it.
After the change
Only give new keys to people who need them. Collect the old keys.
