Lockout service for offices – Oberriexingen

Medical practice, law firm or small office in Oberriexingen (71739) and nobody has the key? ikeytz opens the door and changes the cylinder if you wish. For this we need proof of entitlement.

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Oberriexingen you typically find old houses by the river and estate houses on the new edge of town. Tell us whether you live by the river in the old centre or in the new housing area.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 11:15 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Thursday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
