Markgröningen lies west of Ludwigsburg on the Glems, with a half-timbered old town on the high ground. There you typically find very old half-timbered houses with doors in non-standard sizes and prefabricated houses on the edge. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. With old half-timbered doors, tell us whether there is a modern cylinder or an old rim lock, if you know.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Monday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Monday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Monday, 7 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
