Emergency locksmith for older people – Oberriexingen

For older people in Oberriexingen, it matters that nobody puts pressure on them at the door. With us you get the price first, an explanation of every step and an invoice.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Oberriexingen is on the Enz west of Markgröningen, one of the smallest towns in the state. Typical buildings there are old houses by the river and estate houses on the new edge of town. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. Tell us whether you live by the river in the old centre or in the new housing area.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Before we start work, we introduce ourselves by name, tell you the price and explain what we are doing. We check that the person lives there. Relatives are welcome to join on the phone at any time. Nobody has to sign anything they have not understood.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps most.

Write the phone numbers of your relatives and of the locksmith on a note in your purse or wallet. If you have a home emergency alarm, ask the provider about leaving a key with them.
