Lockout service for basements – 71723

Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Großbottwar: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

Does the caretaker or the property management have a key for the shared cellar door? That is often quicker. Your own storage unit is your own responsibility.

Cellar doors vary a lot, from a wooden slatted partition to a steel door. In Großbottwar you typically find heavy doors in the old town and estate houses on the slope. Tell us whether you live in the old town or in the housing area on the edge.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Padlocks, storage units and special locks have no list price; for these we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Wednesday, 4 pm, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Look at the door, confirm the price, open it. For shared doors we have a quick word with the property management if needed.

Cellar doors to the stairwell are often fire doors that close by themselves. They must not be kept open permanently. If you often need to go to the cellar, always take your key with you.

In a block of flats, the basement door belongs to all the owners or to the landlord. If it is opened or its cylinder is changed, this affects everyone in the building. That is why, with shared doors, we check who is placing the order. We open your own storage unit for you as a tenant or owner.

If water is running in the cellar and the door is shut, first call the property management or an emergency plumber. We open the door if nobody has a key; we tell you the price in advance.

We only open other people’s storage units with proof of entitlement. Have your tenancy agreement or other proof ready.

Buy a new padlock and keep a second key in your flat. For shared doors, let the property management know.
