ID and authorisation – why we check
Before opening we confirm you are authorised. That is standard and protects you – care, not suspicion.
Why an ID check
Opening a door without checks would be risky for residents and providers. So show ID if you have it with you, and we briefly confirm authorisation. That belongs to trustworthy help.
Papers are inside
No problem: many documents are in the flat. Show them after opening. Until then, neighbours, the name plate and a clear description often help.
What you can prepare
While we are on the way: have ID ready, keep your phone reachable, inform landlord or neighbours if useful. That lets the job start without delay.
