At night and on weekends different fixed-price bands apply – clear on the phone, no surprise at the door. Travel may take longer than during the day.
Night-band fixed prices
Outside daytime hours the higher fixed prices apply: latched door opening 1+ 49 €, locked 179 € – each including travel in the fixed price. Daytime bands are 99 € and 129 €. No “from …” pricing – the stated band.
Realistic arrival
At night and on holidays travel can take longer than the usual 15 to 30 minutes by day. We quote expected arrival on the phone so you can plan – staying reachable helps.
Still describe the situation clearly
Latched or locked, key inside, flat or house: that sets the fixed-price band and the effort. If people are at risk or there is a fire, call 112 first – do not wait for the technician.
Wait without rush
