Emergency locksmith after a break-in – Hessigheim

The police have been, but the door in Hessigheim won’t lock any more? We check the cylinder and lock and make sure you can lock up safely again tonight.

1. Call 110 and wait outside. 2. Wait until the police have collected the evidence. 3. Take photos for your insurance. 4. Call us: we tell you whether a cylinder change is enough or whether emergency securing is needed.

Hessigheim is below the Felsengärten rock gardens above the Neckar, between Besigheim, Mundelsheim and Ingersheim. Typical buildings there are houses in narrow lanes in the old centre and new builds higher up on the gentler slope. We look at how the door was attacked and then tell you what is needed today. In the narrow lanes there is hardly room for a second car. Tell us where we can park.

Fixed: opening 99 € / 149 € or 129 € / 179 €, cylinder on the same call-out +49 € plus material. Not on the list: emergency securing, door plate, frame. For these you get a fixed price on the phone before we start.

Wednesday, 10:30 am, locked: 129 €. Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

First we make sure the door is closed again today. We plan bigger repairs to the door or frame with you afterwards, with the price first.

If the door is so damaged that it no longer closes, we secure it for the night. Depending on the damage, this can be a temporary lock, a bolt on the inside or a board. Emergency securing is not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Reporting it to the police is the first step. Photos taken before any repair help with the insurance. In rented flats, tell the landlord, because the door and frame are often their responsibility. We write an invoice listing every item.

Tidying up or repairing before the evidence has been collected. Going into the flat alone. Blocking the door overnight with a piece of furniture instead of having it secured.

A burglary is stressful. Talk to people you trust. Victim support services offer help.
