99 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Hessigheim
Your door in Hessigheim has slammed shut (zugefallen), your key is inside, and it’s Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm? Then a door opening with ikeytz costs 99 €, travel within the service area included. We confirm the price on the phone before we set off.
What to do now
Look for a spare key with neighbours or family. If there isn’t one, call us and give us the street, house number and floor. Don’t try to push the latch back with a card; this often damages the frame and the seal.
Door slammed shut in Hessigheim
Hessigheim is below the Felsengärten rock gardens above the Neckar, between Besigheim, Mundelsheim and Ingersheim. Typical there are houses in narrow lanes in the old centre and new builds higher up on the gentler slope. With a flat door that has slammed shut, we work on the latch, not on the cylinder. In the narrow lanes there is hardly room for a second car. Tell us where we can park.

How we open the door
We push the latch back with a flat special tool, without touching the cylinder. On most doors this only takes a short time. Afterwards you show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address.
Latch, bolt, cylinder
The latch clicks in when you pull the door shut. The bolt only comes out when you lock the door. The cylinder is the part the key goes into. For a door slammed shut, we only need the latch; the bolt and cylinder stay untouched. That is why your key still works afterwards.
If the key is in the lock inside
If the key is in the lock on the inside, this usually doesn’t matter with a slammed door, because we work on the latch. Please tell us anyway, so we bring the right tools.
Rented flat
A door that has slammed shut usually isn’t damaged, so your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. You pay the price yourself unless something else has been agreed.
Checklist
Only pulled shut? Key inside or lost? Children, pets or a hob switched on in the flat? Mon–Fri between 8 am and 6 pm? Then you already know the price: 99 €.
What to watch out for
Ask every company: what does it cost in total? With us, you hear 99 € on the phone if the door has only slammed shut during the day from Monday to Friday.
So it doesn’t happen again
A hook for your key right next to the door and a spare key with neighbours help the most.
