Emergency locksmith for older people – Hemmingen

An older person in Hemmingen has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Hemmingen is west of Schwieberdingen on the Glems towards Ditzingen. Typical buildings there are detached houses from the 1980s on the edge of the village and old farmsteads in the centre. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. Old farmsteads often have two gates. Tell us which gate and which door.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. We tell you the amount on the phone before we set off.

Thursday, 10:30 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 11:15 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We explain beforehand what we will do. Then we open the door without damage. Afterwards we quickly check that the key and lock are fine, and we give you an invoice.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
