Lockout service for offices – 74392

Office in Freudental shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Freudental lies in the Stromberg hills between Bönnigheim, Erligheim and Sachsenheim. There you typically find older houses with an archway into the yard and detached houses. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. With houses with an archway into the yard, tell us whether the yard gate is open.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Thursday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Thursday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
