149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Freudental
Late at night in Freudental in front of a door that has slammed shut? From 6 pm, at weekends and on public holidays, the opening costs 149 €. That’s the full price, not a surcharge on top of the daytime price.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At night in Freudental
Freudental is in the Stromberg hills between Bönnigheim, Erligheim and Sachsenheim. Typical there are older houses with an archway into the yard and detached houses. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. With houses with an archway into the yard, tell us whether the yard gate is open.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.
Worked examples for Freudental
Monday, 7 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. For comparison: Monday, 9 am, slammed shut: 99 €. Saturday, 10 am, slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 9 am, slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
Spotting a reputable service
A reputable emergency service tells you the total price on the phone. Ask questions if you are only given prices that start with “from”.
Wait or call?
If you can sleep at a friend’s and need nothing from the flat, you save 50 € by waiting until the day price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri. If it is cold, or there are children or medication involved, waiting is not worth it.
What to watch out for
149 € is the final price for a door that has slammed shut at night. If someone turns up and wants much more, although nothing else is needed, ask for the reason.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
