Lockout service for offices – Pattonville

Office in Pattonville shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Pattonville you typically find rows of houses from the time of the American housing estate and newer residential buildings. Tell us whether you live in the eastern or western part: the eastern part belongs to Remseck, the western part to Kornwestheim.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Friday, 6:30 am, door slammed shut: 149 €. Friday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Friday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
