Lockout service for basements – Schlößlesfeld

Whether it is a cellar door in a block of flats or a storage unit with a padlock in Schlößlesfeld: we come to you as a mobile service and open it, without damage wherever possible.

Does the caretaker or the property management have a key for the shared cellar door? That is often quicker. Your own storage unit is your own responsibility.

Schlößlesfeld lies east of Ludwigsburg town centre between Ost, Oßweil and the B27 slip road. There you typically find terraced houses and blocks of flats from the 60s to the 80s. Cellars in blocks of flats often have one shared door and individual storage units. With blocks of flats, the name on the doorbell and the floor help.

Standard cellar door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. Everything else: fixed price by phone in advance.

Sunday, 8 am, locked: 179 €. Tuesday, 11 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Tuesday, 11 am, locked: 129 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We look at the door and the lock, open it without damage if possible, and check with you that you are entitled to have it opened. With padlocks, cutting them open is sometimes the simplest way; we tell you that in advance.

Cellar doors to the stairwell are often fire doors that close by themselves. They must not be kept open permanently. If you often need to go to the cellar, always take your key with you.

For your basement storage unit, your ID card or passport together with your tenancy agreement or the name on the unit is usually enough. If anything is unclear, we ask the property management.

If water is running in the cellar and the door is shut, first call the property management or an emergency plumber. We open the door if nobody has a key; we tell you the price in advance.

Breaking open the shared cellar door even though the caretaker has a key. Opening a padlock with an angle grinder and damaging the hasp.

Buy a new padlock and keep a second key in your flat. For shared doors, let the property management know.
