Lockout service for basements – Oßweil

The very thing you need right now is in the cellar in Oßweil (71640), and the door will not open? ikeytz opens cellar doors, cellar storage units and padlocks. We tell you the price in advance.

Is it the door to the cellar corridor or your own storage unit? Is there a cylinder or a padlock? Is the cellar part of the building’s master key system? With this information we can tell you the price.

Cellar doors vary a lot, from a wooden slatted partition to a steel door. In Oßweil you typically find detached houses with a garden gate, estate houses from the 50s and 60s and older farmhouses in the old centre. Tell us the street and whether the door of the house or a garden gate in front of it is locked.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Padlocks, storage units and special locks have no list price; for these we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Monday, 11 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Monday, 11 am, locked: 129 €. Monday, 7 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We look at the door and the lock, open it without damage if possible, and check with you that you are entitled to have it opened. With padlocks, cutting them open is sometimes the simplest way; we tell you that in advance.

Cellar doors to the stairwell are often fire doors that close by themselves. They must not be kept open permanently. If you often need to go to the cellar, always take your key with you.

In a block of flats, the basement door belongs to all the owners or to the landlord. If it is opened or its cylinder is changed, this affects everyone in the building. That is why, with shared doors, we check who is placing the order. We open your own storage unit for you as a tenant or owner.

If water is running in the cellar and the door is shut, first call the property management or an emergency plumber. We open the door if nobody has a key; we tell you the price in advance.

We only open other people’s storage units with proof of entitlement. Have your tenancy agreement or other proof ready.

Valuables do not belong in the basement. A good padlock with a hardened shackle is not much effort.
