Front door and flat door
In Sachsenheim, both doors are often shut: the front door downstairs and the flat door upstairs. Typical there are houses in the old village and estates towards the Enz. Tell us which doors are locked. Tell us whether it is Großsachsenheim or Kleinsachsenheim.

Included: travel to Sachsenheim, damage-free opening of the locked door, ID check. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking, drilling. For these you get a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We look at the door, check the cylinder, open it and look at your ID. If drilling is needed, for example with a security cylinder, we tell you beforehand, with the price.
Multi-point locking
Some doors also lock at the top and bottom. You can see this from several bolts on the edge of the door. These doors are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.
Security cylinders
Security cylinders are harder to open. Sometimes it only works with drilling and a new cylinder. Tell us if you know you have this kind of cylinder.
Rented flat
If the cylinder stays intact, your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. If it has to be replaced, the old one usually belongs to the landlord; keep it safe.

Common mistakes
