149 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Sachsenheim
After a late shift or a party, it’s easy to end up stuck outside your own door in Sachsenheim. If it has only slammed shut, the opening costs 149 € at night and at weekends, travel included.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At the weekend in Sachsenheim
At weekends, property management companies usually can’t be reached. For a door that has slammed shut, we don’t need the property management. Typical in Sachsenheim are houses in the old village and estates towards the Enz. Tell us whether it is Großsachsenheim or Kleinsachsenheim.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.
Worked examples for Sachsenheim
Sunday, 11 am, slammed shut: 149 €. Monday, 8:30 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. Saturday, 8 am, slammed shut: 149 €. For comparison: Monday, 9 am, slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
How it works at night
You call, we confirm the price of 149 €, we travel to you, open the door quietly via the latch and take a quick look at your ID. Then you can go to bed.
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg
Besides Christmas, Easter and Whitsun, public holidays in Baden-Württemberg also include Epiphany (Heilige Drei Könige), Corpus Christi (Fronleichnam) and All Saints’ Day (Allerheiligen). On these days the night price of 149 € applies all day.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Wait or call?
If you can sleep at a friend’s and need nothing from the flat, you save 50 € by waiting until the day price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri. If it is cold, or there are children or medication involved, waiting is not worth it.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
For next time
A note on the inside of the door: Keys? Phone? This helps many people who pop out quickly in the evening.
