If you want to sleep knowing the lost key can no longer open anything, you need a new cylinder. In Bönnigheim we do this together with the opening: 198 € plus material.
Tonight or tomorrow?
You can just have the door opened tonight (149 €) and have the cylinder changed later Mon–Fri during the day (89 € with the door open, standard cylinder included). Or everything tonight for 198 € plus material. If there was an address on the key, we advise doing it tonight.

At weekends, shops selling cylinders are closed. Typical in Bönnigheim are old town houses in the centre and detached houses on the slope. We bring the material with us. Bönnigheim is further out. We give you an honest arrival time on the phone before we set off.

Worked examples for Bönnigheim
For comparison: night, opening only: 149 €. Friday, 7 pm, slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. Sunday, 9 am, slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. Friday, 2:30 pm, daytime, with cylinder: 148 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
How it works at night
We open via the latch, measure the cylinder, tell you the material price, fit it and test the lock. We work as quietly as possible.
Package price at night
198 € is made up of the night opening (149 €) and the fitting (49 €). The 49 € is not a surcharge but the labour for fitting the cylinder.
Why change it tonight
If the key was lost with your address, the first night is the least safe. A new cylinder ends the risk straight away.
Rented flat
Please keep the old cylinder; it usually belongs to the landlord.
Tell your neighbours
If the key was lost in the building or nearby, let your neighbours know. Whoever finds it can then return it.
Alternative
If there is no risk, the opening for 149 € is enough tonight. You can have the cylinder changed later with the door open: 89 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, standard cylinder included.
What to watch out for
With us: 198 € plus material, and we tell you the material price before fitting. Ask every company for the total amount.
The next day
Have more keys copied from the new original. Leave a spare key with someone you trust.
