Lockout service for offices – 71254

Office in Ditzingen shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Ditzingen lies in the south of the district on the border with Stuttgart, with Hirschlanden, Heimerdingen and Schöckingen as districts. There you typically find new builds on the edge of town and flats above the pedestrian zone. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. Tell us the district: Ditzingen, Hirschlanden, Heimerdingen or Schöckingen.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Thursday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Thursday, 11:15 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Thursday, 9 am, locked: 129 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
