Kornwestheim is south of Ludwigsburg on the B27, next to the large marshalling yard. Typical buildings there are estate blocks, old buildings by the railway and former rows of the US housing estate towards Pattonville. At night, a light at the door or an open stairwell is a big help. If you live in the western part of Pattonville, that belongs to Kornwestheim. Please mention it on the phone.

Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: opening when the door has slammed shut 149 €, locked 179 €. With a new cylinder 198 € or 228 €, plus material typically 25–50 €. Cylinder only with the door open 119 €. These are separate fixed prices for the night; no further surcharge is added.

Thursday, 11:15 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Saturday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. Sunday, 9 am, key lost, door slammed shut, new cylinder: 198 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Call, hear the fixed price, say yes. We come, open the door without damage, and you briefly show us that you live there.

49 € is the fitting of a new cylinder in the same trip after an opening. It is not a night surcharge. The 49 € is already included in 198 € and 228 €. Nobody adds 49 € on top of the night price.

At night, too, we only open doors for residents or authorised people. Show your ID card or passport, or post with your address after opening. This is how we protect you and your neighbours.

Always ask: what does it cost in total? With us you hear one figure, never a ‘from’ price.

Have a spare key cut and keep it with someone you trust. If your address was on the lost key, change the cylinder.
