148 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · material extra · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · Kornwestheim
Lost key, door slammed shut, Mon–Fri during the day in Kornwestheim (70806): on one visit we open the latch and change the cylinder. After that, the lost key no longer fits. Price: 148 €, plus cylinder material.
Lost or inside?
If the key is in the flat, the opening for 99 € is enough. If it got lost while you were out, especially together with your address, a new cylinder makes sense. Tell us which applies.
Cylinder change in Kornwestheim
Kornwestheim is south of Ludwigsburg on the B27, next to the large marshalling yard. Typical there are estate blocks, old buildings by the railway and former rows of the US housing estate towards Pattonville. We bring common cylinder lengths, so everything works in one visit. If you live in the western part of Pattonville, that belongs to Kornwestheim. Please mention it on the phone.
What’s included
Travel to Kornwestheim, damage-free opening, fitting of the new cylinder, test locking. Extra: the cylinder material. A security cylinder costs typically 25–70 € more.
Worked examples for Kornwestheim
Friday, 2:30 pm, slammed shut, new cylinder: 148 € plus material. Friday, 7 pm, night, with cylinder: 198 € plus material. Friday, 5 pm, slammed shut, security cylinder: 148 € plus material and typically 25–70 € extra. For comparison: opening only: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
No rush
Because it’s during the day, we take time to choose: standard or security cylinder, length, number of keys. You decide, we fit it.
What 49 € fitting means
49 € is the labour for fitting a new cylinder when we are there for the opening anyway. The travel is already paid for then. The material comes on top.
Why a new cylinder
A lost key can be found. With a new cylinder it’s worthless. That’s the reason for the package.
Insurance
Some household contents or personal liability policies pay out if you lose your key. Keep our invoice.
Checklist
Door only pulled shut? Key really lost? Address on the key? Do you want the old key to stop working? Then the package for 148 € plus material is right.
Common mistakes
Only having the door opened and living with the risk for weeks. Booking a second appointment later and paying for travel again.
After the change
Give a spare key to someone you trust. Don’t attach your address to the key ring.
