Emergency locksmith for older people – Kornwestheim

An older person in Kornwestheim has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Kornwestheim is south of Ludwigsburg on the B27, next to the large marshalling yard. Typical buildings there are estate blocks, old buildings by the railway and former rows of the US housing estate towards Pattonville. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. If you live in the western part of Pattonville, that belongs to Kornwestheim. Please mention it on the phone.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. We tell you the amount on the phone before we set off.

Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. Monday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Monday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Arrive, introduce ourselves, confirm the price, open the door. Look at the ID card or post. No extra work without your yes.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Before we start work, we introduce ourselves by name, tell you the price and explain what we are doing. We check that the person lives there. Relatives are welcome to join on the phone at any time. Nobody has to sign anything they have not understood.

If the person is standing outside in winter or important medication is in the flat, tell us. Ask neighbours to bring the person inside until we arrive.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps next time. A key safe on the wall is an option if carers visit.
