We come to Grünbühl, just under 1 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We give you an honest arrival time on the phone. Have your ID card or passport ready, or tell us how you can show that you live there. With terraced houses, please tell us whether it is the front door or the door to the garden.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. With a new cylinder: 148 € / 198 € or 178 € / 228 €, plus material.

Friday, 10:30 am, slammed shut, opening only: 99 €. Friday, 6:30 am, locked, opening and new cylinder: 228 € plus material. Saturday, 10 am, slammed shut, opening and new cylinder: 198 € plus material. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Arrive, look at the door, open it. If the door has slammed shut, we usually open it via the latch; if it is locked, via the cylinder. A new cylinder only once you say yes.

We open the door so that the door, frame and cylinder stay intact. This works with most standard doors. Only with special cylinders or damaged locks may drilling be necessary; we tell you in advance, with the price, and you decide.

We only open the door if you live there or are authorised. Show your ID card or passport or, after opening, post with your address from inside the flat. This protects you from someone else having your door opened.

Leave a spare key with someone you trust, without an address tag. To avoid a door slamming shut on you, take a second to think about your key as you leave.

Find your second key and carry it from now on. Have a new spare key cut. If your address was on the lost key: change the cylinder.
