Emergency locksmith for older people – Ludwigsburg Ost

For older people in Ludwigsburg Ost, it matters that nobody puts pressure on them at the door. With us you get the price first, an explanation of every step and an invoice.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

Ludwigsburg Ost is between the town centre, Schlößlesfeld and Oßweil, on the slope towards the Neckar. Typical buildings there are late 19th-century villas, terraced houses and blocks of flats. We ask to see an ID card or post with the address, so we are sure we are opening the right door. With villas with a garden gate, please tell us which door is the problem.

Slammed shut 99 € Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm, otherwise 149 €. Locked 129 € or 179 €. We tell you the amount on the phone before we set off.

Monday, 4 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. Monday, 7 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We explain beforehand what we will do. Then we open the door without damage. Afterwards we quickly check that the key and lock are fine, and we give you an invoice.

If a care service comes regularly, a key safe on the wall is a help. With a home emergency call service (Hausnotruf) you can often leave a key. Both save valuable time in an emergency.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

The person’s name and address, a phone number on site, slammed shut or locked, any health problems, who is waiting at the door. In danger: 112. Otherwise call us, and we tell you the price.

A spare key with neighbours or relatives helps most.

Write the phone numbers of your relatives and of the locksmith on a note in your purse or wallet. If you have a home emergency alarm, ask the provider about leaving a key with them.
