129 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Hoheneck
A locked door is harder than one that has slammed shut, because the bolt sits in the frame. In Hoheneck (71642) we can still usually open such doors without damage, Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm for 129 €.
What to do now
Ask family, your landlord or neighbours for a spare key. If nobody can help, call us. Please don’t drill or lever the cylinder yourself.
Locked door in Hoheneck
Hoheneck is on the Neckar north of Ludwigsburg, with steep lanes running down the slope to the river. Typical there are old winegrowers’ houses and post-war houses with a garden on the valley side. With locked doors we work on the cylinder, usually without damaging it. With houses on the slope, please tell us whether the entrance is on the street or down on the valley side.
What the 129 € cover
Included: travel to Hoheneck, damage-free opening of the locked door, ID check. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking, drilling. For these you get a fixed price beforehand.
Worked examples for Hoheneck
Thursday, 8:30 am, locked: 129 €. Thursday, 1 pm, locked, with new cylinder: 178 € plus material. For comparison: Thursday, 7 pm, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
What happens on site
We look at the door, check the cylinder, open it and look at your ID. If drilling is needed, for example with a security cylinder, we tell you beforehand, with the price.
Multi-point locking
Some doors also lock at the top and bottom. You can see this from several bolts on the edge of the door. These doors are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.
Bolt instead of latch
When you lock the door, the bolt is thrown and holds the door firmly in the frame. That’s why the method for slammed doors doesn’t work here, and that’s why the opening costs more.
Rented flat
If the cylinder stays intact, your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. If it has to be replaced, the old one usually belongs to the landlord; keep it safe.
Checklist
Definitely locked? Key inside or lost? Security cylinder fitted? Multi-point locking? With these answers we give you the price: usually 129 € during the day.
Common mistakes
Forcing the cylinder round. Drilling yourself. Booking without a price.
For the future
A spare key with someone you trust is cheaper than any door opening.
