Lockout service for offices – 70839

Office in Gerlingen shut, key forgotten, and the client is about to arrive? We open office doors at a fixed price. If the door is built like a flat door, the list price applies; for master key systems we quote a separate fixed price in advance.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Gerlingen you typically find flats in multi-storey buildings with underground parking and terraced houses on the slope. With housing complexes, tell us the building, the entrance and the name on the doorbell.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Friday, 1 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. Friday, 1 pm, locked: 129 €. Friday, 6:30 am, door slammed shut: 149 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
