Emergency locksmith for a stolen key – 70839

Bag stolen, with your key and ID card? Then the thief may know your address in Gerlingen. Have the cylinder changed so the key no longer fits. We come to you and tell you the price first.

1. Report it to the police. 2. Block your cards. 3. Call us and tell us whether you can still get in. 4. Tell your landlord if the key belongs to a master key system.

We come to Gerlingen, about 14.5 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. If you can’t get in, we open the door and fit the new cylinder straight away. With housing complexes, tell us the building, the entrance and the name on the doorbell.

If you can’t get in: Opening plus a new cylinder on the same call-out: slammed shut 148 € / 198 €, locked 178 € / 228 €; cylinder material typically 25–50 € (standard). If you can still get in: cylinder change 89 € or 119 €, standard cylinder included.

Friday, 6:30 am, locked, opening and new cylinder: 228 € plus material. Saturday, 10 am, slammed shut, opening and new cylinder: 198 € plus material. Friday, 1 pm, slammed shut, opening only: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check which door is affected. Open it if you are locked out. Change the cylinder, test the locking, hand over the keys. Invoice for your insurance or police report.

If the master key system cannot be changed straight away, a separate cylinder in the flat door is a temporary solution, if the landlord agrees. Keep the old cylinder.

A single cylinder is changed quickly. If the stolen key belongs to a master key system, the owner decides what happens next. Until then, your own cylinder in your flat door can be a temporary solution, if the landlord agrees.

Think of every door the key opens: front door, garage, letterbox. Keep the police report confirmation for your insurance.

Carry your new keys without an address. Apply for new bank cards and a new ID card. File the invoice and the police report together.
