Your door in Gerlingen has slammed shut, and the key isn’t inside but lost? Then you need more than just the opening: we open the door and fit a new cylinder straight away. During the day from Monday to Friday this costs 148 € plus material.
Before you call
Think about where you lost the key and whether an address was attached. Check whether the key also locks the front door or the cellar; then a master key system may be affected.

No rush
Because it’s during the day, we take time to choose: standard or security cylinder, length, number of keys. You decide, we fit it.
What 49 € fitting means
49 € is the labour for fitting a new cylinder when we are there for the opening anyway. The travel is already paid for then. The material comes on top.
How many keys?
A standard cylinder comes with several keys. If you need more, have them copied from the original later.
Insurance
Some household contents or personal liability policies pay out if you lose your key. Keep our invoice.
Need more keys?
Tell us how many people need a key. Then you know in advance whether extra keys need to be cut.
Common mistakes
Only having the door opened and living with the risk for weeks. Booking a second appointment later and paying for travel again.
After the change
Give a spare key to someone you trust. Don’t attach your address to the key ring.
