Lockout service for offices – Gerlingen

Office door in Gerlingen locked, staff standing outside? We come to you as a mobile service, tell you the price in advance and open the door as soon as it is clear who is entitled.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

We come to Gerlingen, about 14.5 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. We tell you the arrival time in advance so you can plan your appointments. With housing complexes, tell us the building, the entrance and the name on the doorbell.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Thursday, 2:30 pm, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 8 am, locked: 179 €. Thursday, 2:30 pm, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
