Lockout service for offices – 71679

Office door in Asperg locked, staff standing outside? We come to you as a mobile service, tell you the price in advance and open the door as soon as it is clear who is entitled.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Asperg you typically find terraced houses and old buildings in the streets below the hill. Tell us the street; the Hohenasperg itself is rarely where we are needed.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Thursday, 9 am, locked: 129 €. Thursday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Sunday, 12 pm, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
