Emergency locksmith for older people – Asperg

An older person in Asperg has locked themselves out, or your mother can’t get back into her flat? We open the door calmly and without damage. We tell you the price on the phone, so there are no surprises.

Call us with the name and address. Tell us whether the person is waiting outside and whether the door has slammed shut or is locked. Ask a neighbour to stay with the person.

We come to Asperg, about 6.8 km as the crow flies from the ikeytz office in Adalbert-Stifter-Straße. If relatives live further away, they can stay on the phone. Tell us the street; the Hohenasperg itself is rarely where we are needed.

Door opening, door slammed shut: Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €. Locked: 129 € or 179 €. No surcharge for older people, no call-out fee within the service area.

Tuesday, 8:30 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 10 am, locked: 179 €. Tuesday, 4 pm, locked: 129 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We explain beforehand what we will do. Then we open the door without damage. Afterwards we quickly check that the key and lock are fine, and we give you an invoice.

Older people often just pull the door shut when taking out the rubbish or emptying the letterbox. Then only the latch has clicked into place. We can usually open this without damage. A key left in the cylinder on the inside can make the work harder; tell us if it is there.

Sadly, there are dubious firms that put older people under pressure at the door. Always ask for the total price before any work starts. Do not let anyone talk you into extra work. With us, the price we give you on the phone is the price that applies.

If the person is standing outside in winter or important medication is in the flat, tell us. Ask neighbours to bring the person inside until we arrive.

Don’t let anyone talk you into work you didn’t order. Always ask for the total price first. Don’t sign anything you don’t understand.

Write the phone numbers of your relatives and of the locksmith on a note in your purse or wallet. If you have a home emergency alarm, ask the provider about leaving a key with them.
