You locked your door (abgeschlossen) in Asperg and can’t get back in without a key? Then the bolt is thrown. During the day from Monday to Friday, we open it at a fixed price of 129 €.
How to tell it’s locked
Press the handle: if the door doesn’t give at all at the top or bottom, it is usually locked. If you turned the key when you left, it definitely is. Tell us this on the phone.
Front door and flat door
In Asperg, both doors are often shut: the front door downstairs and the flat door upstairs. Typical there are terraced houses and old buildings in the streets below the hill. Tell us which doors are locked. Tell us the street; the Hohenasperg itself is rarely where we are needed.
What the 129 € cover
Included: travel to Asperg, damage-free opening of the locked door, ID check. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking, drilling. For these you get a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We look at the door, check the cylinder, open it and look at your ID. If drilling is needed, for example with a security cylinder, we tell you beforehand, with the price.
Multi-point locking
Some doors also lock at the top and bottom. You can see this from several bolts on the edge of the door. These doors are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.
Security cylinders
Security cylinders are harder to open. Sometimes it only works with drilling and a new cylinder. Tell us if you know you have this kind of cylinder.
Rented flat
If the cylinder stays intact, your landlord doesn’t need to be involved. If it has to be replaced, the old one usually belongs to the landlord; keep it safe.
Checklist
Definitely locked? Key inside or lost? Security cylinder fitted? Multi-point locking? With these answers we give you the price: usually 129 € during the day.
Common mistakes
Forcing the cylinder round. Drilling yourself. Booking without a price.
After the opening
If your key is lost and had an address on it, a new cylinder is worth it. With the door open, a change costs 89 € during the day.
