Lockout service for offices – 74321

Office door in Bietigheim-Bissingen locked, staff standing outside? We come to you as a mobile service, tell you the price in advance and open the door as soon as it is clear who is entitled.

Who owns or rents the office? Is it a single door or part of a master key system? Is there multi-point locking or a glass door? With this information we can tell you the price.

Bietigheim-Bissingen lies on the Enz between Ludwigsburg, Tamm and Besigheim, with Bietigheim by the viaduct and Bissingen just north of it. There you typically find half-timbered houses in the old town and estates behind the viaduct. For offices in commercial buildings the main entrance is often locked too; tell us whether we can get into the building. Tell us whether it is Bietigheim or Bissingen; many street names are only known in one part.

Simple office door with a cylinder: 99 € or 149 € slammed shut, 129 € or 179 € locked. For everything else we tell you a fixed price in advance.

Wednesday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. Wednesday, 9 am, locked: 129 €. Sunday, 8 am, locked: 179 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

We only open once it is clear who is entitled. After that you can start work straight away. Extra work only after you say yes.

Smoke-protection doors and glass doors in commercial buildings have special fittings. They can often only be repaired with parts from the manufacturer. Opening is usually possible, but a replacement needs planning. We tell you in advance what is possible and what it costs.

Offices often hold customer or patient data. That is why we only open for the owner, the management or people with written authorisation. If the key is lost, a new cylinder also makes sense from a data protection point of view.

Who owns or rents the premises? Who is placing the order? Single door or master key system? Glass door, smoke-protection door or normal wooden door? Can we get into the building? Which company should the invoice be made out to? With this information we tell you the price in advance.

Letting an employee without written authority place the order. With a master key system, only changing your own cylinder without asking the landlord.

Clarify who in the team has which key. A key register helps. If a key is lost: change the cylinder.
