Lockout service for offices – Bietigheim-Bissingen

Medical practice, law firm or small office in Bietigheim-Bissingen (74321) and nobody has the key? ikeytz opens the door and changes the cylinder if you wish. For this we need proof of entitlement.

We only open offices for owners, management or people with written authority. Have your ID card or passport ready and, if possible, the tenancy agreement or the business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung).

Office doors range from a simple wooden door to a system with a chip. In Bietigheim-Bissingen you typically find half-timbered houses in the old town and estates behind the viaduct. Tell us whether it is Bietigheim or Bissingen; many street names are only known in one part.

If the door is built like a flat door: slammed shut Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm 99 €, Mon–Fri 6 pm–8 am, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 149 €; locked 129 € or 179 € respectively. Master key systems, multi-point locking, glass or smoke-protection doors: fixed price by phone in advance.

Wednesday, 10 pm, door slammed shut: 149 €. Sunday, 8 am, locked: 179 €. Wednesday, 9 am, door slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.

Check entitlement, look at the door, open it without damage. If needed, change the cylinder in the same trip, price in advance. Invoice made out to the company.

Some office doors have a panic function: from the inside they can always be opened, even when locked. From the outside you need a key or a card. Such locks are not a standard case; we tell you the price in advance.

Commercial premises are often part of the building’s master key system. A single cylinder change must then be agreed with the landlord. We give you the price for both options beforehand.

Tell us by when you need to be in the premises. We tell you on the phone when we can expect to be there. If that is too late, rearrange your appointments rather than forcing the door open.

Find out whether the door is part of the building’s master key system. If so, talk to the landlord before a cylinder is changed.

A spare key with the management or in a key safe saves time next time.
