Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Bietigheim-Bissingen
Front door or flat door in Bietigheim-Bissingen locked, and your key is lost or inside? We work on the cylinder and open the door without damage if the door allows it. During the day this costs 129 €.
How to tell it’s locked
Press the handle: if the door doesn’t give at all at the top or bottom, it is usually locked. If you turned the key when you left, it definitely is. Tell us this on the phone.
Locked door in Bietigheim-Bissingen
Bietigheim-Bissingen is on the Enz between Ludwigsburg, Tamm and Besigheim, with Bietigheim by the viaduct and Bissingen just north of it. Typical there are half-timbered houses in the old town and estates behind the viaduct. With locked doors we work on the cylinder, usually without damaging it. Tell us whether it is Bietigheim or Bissingen; many street names are only known in one part.
What the 129 € cover
Included: travel to Bietigheim-Bissingen, damage-free opening of the locked door, ID check. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking, drilling. For these you get a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We look at the door, check the cylinder, open it and look at your ID. If drilling is needed, for example with a security cylinder, we tell you beforehand, with the price.
How the bolt locks
When you lock the door, the key turns the cylinder and the bolt goes deep into the strike plate. It only gives way when the cylinder is turned again. That is exactly where we work.
Bolt instead of latch
When you lock the door, the bolt is thrown and holds the door firmly in the frame. That’s why the method for slammed doors doesn’t work here, and that’s why the opening costs more.
Only for authorised people
We only open doors for residents or people with the right to enter. Show us your ID card or passport, or post with your address, after the opening is fine.
Before you call
Ask your landlord or family about a spare key. Have your address and the name on the doorbell ready.
Common mistakes
Forcing the cylinder round. Drilling yourself. Booking without a price.
For the future
A spare key with someone you trust is cheaper than any door opening.
