Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Hemmingen
Saturday evening, Sunday or a public holiday, and your door in Hemmingen (71282) is shut? If you only pulled it closed, we open it at the night price of 149 €. You hear the amount on the phone before we set off.
Waiting safely at night
Find a bright, safe place: the stairwell, a neighbour, your car. Keep your phone on. Tell us whether you only pulled the door closed or locked it.
At night in Hemmingen
Hemmingen is west of Schwieberdingen on the Glems towards Ditzingen. Typical there are detached houses from the 1980s on the edge of the village and old farmsteads in the centre. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. Old farmsteads often have two gates. Tell us which gate and which door.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.
Worked examples for Hemmingen
Sunday, 5 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. Monday, 11:15 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. Saturday, 3 pm, slammed shut: 149 €. For comparison: Monday, 9 am, slammed shut: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
Opening quietly
At night we work as quietly as possible, so the neighbours aren’t woken up. With slammed doors we don’t need any drilling tools for this.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
When the night rate starts
From Monday to Friday, the night rate starts at 6 pm and ends at 8 am. If you call shortly before 6 pm, we tell you clearly beforehand which price applies.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Checklist for the night
A safe place to wait? Phone charged? Only pulled shut? Key inside? Then it is 149 €, and we set off as soon as you say yes.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
For next time
A note on the inside of the door: Keys? Phone? This helps many people who pop out quickly in the evening.
