Postcode 71282 (Hemmingen): slammed-shut door opening with a new cylinder, daytime. Fixed price 148 €, material extra, one trip.
148 €
Fixed price, no VAT charged · material extra · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · Hemmingen
Your door in Hemmingen has slammed shut, and the key isn’t inside but lost? Then you need more than just the opening: we open the door and fit a new cylinder straight away. During the day from Monday to Friday this costs 148 € plus material.
Lost or inside?
If the key is in the flat, the opening for 99 € is enough. If it got lost while you were out, especially together with your address, a new cylinder makes sense. Tell us which applies.
One call-out for both
Opening and changing on the same visit saves you a second appointment in Hemmingen. Typical there are detached houses from the 1980s on the edge of the village and old farmsteads in the centre. Old farmsteads often have two gates. Tell us which gate and which door.
What’s included
Travel to Hemmingen, damage-free opening, fitting of the new cylinder, test locking. Extra: the cylinder material. A security cylinder costs typically 25–70 € more.
Worked examples for Hemmingen
Monday, 3 pm, slammed shut, security cylinder: 148 € plus material and typically 25–70 € extra. Monday, 6:30 am, night, with cylinder: 198 € plus material. Monday, 9 am, slammed shut, new cylinder: 148 € plus material. For comparison: opening only: 99 €. We confirm the exact amount by phone before we set off.
Open first, then change
We open the slammed door via the latch. Then we measure the cylinder, tell you the material price and fit the new one. You test all the new keys.
What 49 € fitting means
49 € is the labour for fitting a new cylinder when we are there for the opening anyway. The travel is already paid for then. The material comes on top.
Why a new cylinder
A lost key can be found. With a new cylinder it’s worthless. That’s the reason for the package.
Rented flat
The old cylinder usually belongs to the landlord. Keep it for when you move out. With a master key system, ask the property management first.
Checklist
Door only pulled shut? Key really lost? Address on the key? Do you want the old key to stop working? Then the package for 148 € plus material is right.
Common mistakes
Only having the door opened and living with the risk for weeks. Booking a second appointment later and paying for travel again.
Keeping track of keys
Write down who has a key. This helps if a key gets lost again.
