Fixed price, no VAT charged · daytime Mon–Fri 8 am–6 pm · for Sersheim
Slammed shut means you only pulled the door closed, you didn’t lock it. This is the most common case with flat doors in Sersheim (74372) and can usually be solved without damage. During the day from Monday to Friday, the fixed price for this is 99 €.
Slammed shut or locked?
Did you turn the key when you left? Then the door is locked, and a different price applies. If you only pulled it closed, just the angled latch sits in the strike plate. Tell us which applies; if you don’t know, we’ll work it out together.
Door slammed shut in Sersheim
Sersheim is on the Enz between Sachsenheim, Vaihingen and Oberriexingen, on the railway line. Typical there are houses near the tracks and at the edge of the fields. With a flat door that has slammed shut, we work on the latch, not on the cylinder. At the edge of the fields, directions from the main road help.
What the 99 € cover
Included: travel to Sersheim, damage-free opening of the slammed door, a check that you live there. Not included: a new cylinder, multi-point locking or drilling. For anything extra, we give you a fixed price beforehand.

What happens on site
We arrive, look at the door, confirm that it has only slammed shut, and open it. If it turns out the door was locked after all, we tell you before we carry on and give you the right price.
Doors with a fixed knob
Many flat doors have a fixed knob on the outside instead of a handle. They slam shut very easily, for example in a draught. For the opening this makes no difference; the price stays 99 € during the day.
If the key is in the lock inside
If the key is in the lock on the inside, this usually doesn’t matter with a slammed door, because we work on the latch. Please tell us anyway, so we bring the right tools.
Only for residents
We only open doors for people who live there or who have the right to enter. If your ID is inside, show it to us after the opening. This protects you too.
Before you call
Spare key with a neighbour? Can you reach your landlord? If not, have your address, floor and the name on the doorbell ready.
What to watch out for
Ask every company: what does it cost in total? With us, you hear 99 € on the phone if the door has only slammed shut during the day from Monday to Friday.
After the opening
Check that your keys and phone are in your pocket before you pull the door closed next time. A spare key with people you trust saves money.
