Fixed price, no VAT charged · nights, weekends and public holidays · for Innenstadt / Mitte
Saturday evening, Sunday or a public holiday, and your door in Ludwigsburg-Mitte (71638) is shut? If you only pulled it closed, we open it at the night price of 149 €. You hear the amount on the phone before we set off.
Neighbours first, then us
Many people are asleep at night, but a neighbour with a spare key is still the cheapest way. If that doesn’t work, call us.
At night in Ludwigsburg-Mitte
Ludwigsburg-Mitte is around the palace, the market square and Wilhelmstraße, on the high ground above the Neckar. Typical there are old buildings with a courtyard gate and post-war buildings set back behind them. At night, an open stairwell or a light at the door helps us find you. With old buildings with a courtyard gate, please tell us whether the gate is open or whether we need to ring.
Why 149 €
At night and at weekends there is a separate fixed price. Nothing is added on top. If you can wait until the daytime price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri (not on a public holiday), you pay 99 €; it’s your decision.

How it works at night
You call, we confirm the price of 149 €, we travel to you, open the door quietly via the latch and take a quick look at your ID. Then you can go to bed.
Why a different price applies at night
At night, at weekends and on public holidays we work outside normal hours. There is a separate fixed price for this. The work on the door is the same as during the day: opening via the latch, without damage.
Public holidays count like Sundays
Public holidays in Baden-Württemberg count as night for the whole day, as do Saturdays and Sundays. A bridge day (Brückentag) from Monday to Friday, on the other hand, is a normal day with the daytime price.
ID at night too
At night we check just as carefully as during the day that you live there. This protects you from strangers pretending to be residents.
Wait or call?
If you can sleep at a friend’s and need nothing from the flat, you save 50 € by waiting until the day price applies again from 8 am Mon–Fri. If it is cold, or there are children or medication involved, waiting is not worth it.
Common mistakes at night
Climbing over a balcony or through a window. Calling a company from an advert without agreeing the price. Waiting alone on a dark street.
The next day
Leave a spare key with neighbours or family. If your key is lost, you can have the cylinder changed during the day at the daytime price.
